Variety of Printable Materials and Substrates – Paper from as light as 20# bond up to 30 mil plastic cards (the typical caliper of standard credit cards) can be foil imprinted using the VeriFoil™ machine.
Holographic Security – The sophisticated technology and optical variability of the holographic images create a complex security feature which is virtually impossible to duplicate. Documents and products can be personalized with variable holographic images, data and signatures, protecting against forgery, counterfeiting, photocopying and alteration, while providing a reliable method of verifying and authenticating items.
Image Versatility – Each logo, image or signature is laser engraved on a rectangular metal block, commonly referred to as the “Impression Block”. Impression Blocks can be customized to create any image you like, and the Block can be changed quickly and easily to facilitate using your VeriFoil™ machine for multiple applications.
Equipment Security – The VeriFoil™ unit has built-in operational security, which consists of a two-key control system. Along with a non-resettable meter, this system prevents unauthorized use of the machine and ensures audit control. A third key is used to gain access into the machine, protecting both the foil and the Impression Block from theft and tampering.
Options – Users may choose from several stock foil patterns, or may create and register unique holographic images for additional security and distinctive appearance. The VeriFoil™ machine can be equipped with a Continuous, Cut Sheet or ID Card feeder to accommodate a variety of applications.
